Process to check the list of Ayushman Bharat Scheme
- First of all you have to go to the official website of Ayushman Bharat pmjay.gov.in.
- After this you have to click on Ayushman Mitra in the Portals option in the menu section on the home page.
- After this, a new page will open in front of you and in this page you have to click on the option of downloading Ayushman Bharat Beneficiary List.
- After this you have to enter your mobile number and click on Get OTP. Then you have to login by entering OTP.
- After this you have to select the name of your state, district, block and village and click on search.
- After this you will see the list of your village, you have to download this PDF list.
- After this you can check the name in the PDF list. You will see complete details in this list.
- Process to download Ayushman card
- First of all go to the official website of Ayushman Card beneficiary.nha.gov.in.
- After this you have to select the beneficiary, fill your mobile number and click on Verify.
- After this you have to enter OTP and click on login.
- After this, fill your state, district and asked information and click on search.
- After this, you have to click on the download link next to the name of the person whose card you want to download.
- After this Aadhaar has to be verified with OTP.
- After this, select the person from your family whose card you want to download and click on download.
- This will download the Ayushman card.
